Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data MasterServer Ltd (“we”) collects when you use this website and our services, why, and what your rights are. It is part of the Agreement-offer.
1. What we collect
- Account and order data — name or company name, e-mail, phone, company details and the configurations you request. You provide it in the registration, sign-in and request forms.
- Verification data — copies of identity or company documents, when we ask for them under the Agreement-offer (section 3.3).
- Billing data — invoices and payment records. Card details are processed by payment providers and never reach us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit, and the logs of our servers and network. We also store the IP address and time of sign-in attempts to protect accounts.
- Correspondence — e-mails and tickets you send us.
2. Why we use it
- to answer requests, issue invoices, provision and support servers (performance of the Agreement);
- to verify identity, prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access (our legitimate interest and legal obligations);
- to send service messages: invoices, maintenance notices, security alerts. We do not send marketing e-mail unless you asked for it;
- to keep the website working and measure how it is used.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only technically necessary storage: your theme choice, last used catalog filters and the sign-in session. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting and protection provider (Cloudflare) may set its own technical cookies to deliver the site and block attacks.
4. Who receives data
- Data centers and network partners that host the servers you rent — only what is needed to provision and run the server;
- Payment providers — to process payments and refunds;
- E-mail and infrastructure providers used to run the website, the client panel and our mail;
- Authorities — when a lawful request obliges us to disclose data.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Account, order and billing records are kept for as long as the account exists and afterwards as long as accounting and tax rules require. Verification documents are deleted once verification is complete unless we must keep them by law. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Data on a rented server belongs to you and is erased when the service ends (see the Agreement-offer, 5.5).
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Access to client data is limited to staff who need it for support and billing. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, or to receive a copy of it, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered in your account; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. Deleting data that we must keep by law or that is needed for an active service may not be possible until the obligation or the service ends.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
